The BF 998 E6327 is a high-performance, low-noise complementary monolithic transistors developed by Infineon Technologies. These state-of-the-art transistors are particularly suited for use in high-performance, low-noise amplifier circuits. The BF 998 E6327 features excellent noise performance of 3 times the minimum noise figure (Ft) of the industry-standard BC847.
