The BAR 65-02V H6327 is a Axial-Lead Fast Recovery Diode produced by Infineon Technologies. It is a 600V, 6A diode which is used for protection, current rectification and voltage clamping. It has a fast recovery time of 6ns and can operate up to 150°C. The diode has a dual-in-line (DIP) package and its designed for automated leads soldering.
