The LM393 with Analog Comparators SOP-8 RoHS is a dual voltage-comparator manufactured by IDCHIP. This 8-pin device is an operational amplifier with an on-chip reference voltage source for single supply operation. It offers very low input offset voltage and excellent input common mode voltage range, high gain bandwidth product and a wide supply voltage range. The open-collector output of the comparator allows the connection of two external resistors to create a voltage divider for adjustable trip points. It is designed to operate from a single supply or dual supplies with an operating range of up to ±30V. This device is RoHS compliant and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
