The AD4054 with PMIC - Battery Management SOT-23-5 RoHS manufactured by IDCHIP is a high performance, voltage-mode power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for battery management applications. It implements advanced control algorithms for charging and discharging Li-Ion/Li-Polymer batteries. The AD4054 can be used in high-voltage batteries (up to 4.5V) and provides a maximum 8A charging current with minimum external components. The integrated thermal control loop ensures that the device operates within optimal junction temperatures. It also has built-in current limit, voltage limit and temperature protection and is compliant with the RoHS Directive. The PMIC also features an adjustable voltage output for charging other batteries in series with the battery being monitored.
