The CM1124-EBC RoHS Battery Management IC is a compact DFN1x1-4L package integrated circuit designed to regulate, protect and monitor lithium-ion and other batteries. The CM1124-EBC is a high efficiency switching voltage regulator solution that delivers up to 4A maximum output current with high accuracy on its four output channels. It also features a 3.3V to 40V input range, analog and digital status, low quiescent current, output voltage tracking, soft start, overtemperature shut-down, over-current protection, and built-in precision voltage reference. Additionally, the CM1124-EBC provides a wide selection of settings which enable customized parameters to suit a variety of applications.
