The HP6513T3B-50 is a linear low-dropout (LDO) SOT89-3 RoHS regulator manufactured by Hypower Microelectronics. The HP6513T3B-50's features include an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, a maximum output current of 33mA, an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, an effective quiescent current of 160µA, low dropout voltage of 160mV (minimum) at 33mA, and reverse battery protection. The device provides an enable signal for shutdown and corrosion resistant terminals. It is designed for use in space-constrained designs and provides excellent transient response characteristics for use in consumer electronics, such as digital cameras, audio players, cell phones and portable handheld devices.
