The HP6513S5B-33 is a Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT23-5 RoHS manufactured by Hypower Microelectronics. It is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator which is designed to regulate an input voltage of up to 3.6V DC and provide an output voltage of 3.3V DC with a maximum output current of 300mA (maximum of 250mA, for extended temperatures). The HP6513S5B-33 is compliant with RoHS and features an on-chip current and thermal limiting so as to ensure maximum reliability.
