The LM1117GSF-ADJ is an LDO positive, adjustable, 12V 1.238V 1.262V 1A SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by HTC Korea. This Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) uses an external voltage divider for voltage adjustment and its ground pin is connected to the Input voltage source. The device features low dropout voltage, low output noise, low quiescent current, and fast transient response. It is also ideal for applications that require precise voltage regulation such as microprocessors and DSPs. The device has an input voltage range of up to 18V and an output voltage range of 1.238V to 1.262V. It is also designed with an enable input for disabling the regulator and current limiting and thermal shutdown for protection from fault conditions.
