The RFM22B-868-D is a highly integrated, low cost, high-performance, 2.4GHz RF transceiver module from Hope Microelectronics. It provides a complete RF front-end solution for simple, cost-effective low power wireless applications. The module uses an integrated frequency synthesizer with an external, low cost, 44MHz reference crystal and has a programmable frequency range of 860 to 899MHz or 902 to 928MHz. It features digital RSSI, low power dissipation and decent receiver sensitivity. The RFM22B- 868-D operates on supply voltage range of 2.2V to 3.6V. The module is available in a 4x4mm SMD package.
