The HK24C08 with EEPROM SOP8 RoHS manufactured by HK is a serial electrically-erasable-programmable memory (EEPROM). It has an 8-pin small outline package (SOP8), and operates from a single +3V to +3.6V power supply. The memory organization is 512 words by 8 bits, and the access time is 200 ns.
