The BC807 is a transistor developed by High Diode that is contained in the miniature SOT-23 package and is designed for use in applications requiring low voltage and low current. This transistor is available in both NPN and PNP configurations to meet a variety of application needs. It is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in audio stages, general purpose switching, interface and other low voltage applications. It has a maximum DC collector current of 800mA, a maximum DC collector-emitter voltage of 45V, and a frequency of 150MHz.
