The CD4073BM/TR is a Hex Non-inverting Buffer/Driver with open-drain outputs, manufactured by HGSEMI and supplied in a SOP-14 Gates RoHS package.It is a high-performance TTL logic device containing six independent non-inverting buffers. The internal circuit of each buffer consists of an active pull up resistor. The buffer features high impedance CMOS inputs and open-drain outputs, allowing multiple devices to be connected, and the open-drain outputs enable wired-AND connection with active pull-ups in the off-state. The circuit features an active pull-up for low power consumption.The CD4073BM/TR is capable of driving up to 25 mA in the low state and up to 5 mA in the high state with guaranteed low output impedance. The device is suitable for applications requiring high current, high fan-out, and power efficiency. Its features make it suitable for driving low-level TTL devices, as well as high-voltage, high noise-immune logic types such as ECL/ECL. The device is available in a SOP-14 Gates RoHS package.
