The 74HC4051M/TR is a signal switch, multiplexer and decoder device, manufactured by HGSEMI. It combines three single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) signal switches, multiplexers/demultiplexers, and decoders into a single 16-pin small-outline package. It is pin and functional compatible with the AMCC/IBM 74HC4051 device. It is designed to provide a 3-to-8 decoder, a 2-to-4 binary decoder, and three SPDT signal switches. It also features true logic outputs, allowing the device to be cascaded for many more control lines. This device is packaged in a RoHS compliant package.
