The 74HC139M/TR is a dual 2-line to 4-line decoder/demultiplexer manufactured by HGSEMI. It has 16-pin small-outline dual-in-line packages (SOP) and is compliant with the RoHS directive. This decoder/demultiplexer has two active-low input lines, an active-low enable line, and four active-high output lines. It is suitable for use in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications. The device is capable of decoding two binary-coded inputs into four mutually exclusive outputs. The output of the device is selected by the combination of inputs that are applied and the state of the enable line. When the enable line is low, all outputs are forced to the high-impedance state.
