Helukabel Item 15408 is a black PVC single core cable, manufactured with a conductivity of 95% International Copper Standard (IACS). This low voltage wire is ideal for general wiring and data transmission. It is approved for outdoor use and is halogen-free, making it particularly suited to safety-critical applications. The core is made of plain stranded copper, while the insulator is made of a robust, yet flexible PVC. The recommended maximum cable temperature is +70°C and the minimum bending radius is 6xD (D=cable diameter). This cable is suitable for fixed installation, as well as flexible use. Its low flame spread and smoke-emission values make it suitable for applications within buildings and public areas. This product meets the requirements of VDE 0281 and HD 603-41.
