The WS3223ECY is an RS232 IC manufactured by Guobo Electronics. It is a 20-pin small outline surface-mount package (SSOP-20) and is compliant with the European Union’s Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. The max data rate is 250kb/s and can last up to 0° to +85°C. It is compatible with full duplex and half duplex, synchronous and asynchronous communication and supports automatic address recognition and rate detection.
