The SMAJ30A is an 8.3A unidirectional SMA(Surface Mount Assembly) TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode manufactured by GOODWORK. It is designed to protect sensitive components and circuits from electrostatic discharge and surge protection. Its 5µA maximum stand-off voltage works in forward direction with 48.4V peak pulse power dissipation at 8.3A , and feature with 33.3V, 30V and 38.3V peak pulse voltage working in reverse direction. It is compliant with the ROHS standard.
