The SK24A with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMA (DO-214AC) RoHS manufactured by Good-Ark is a surface mount device with a molded plastic package that contains four diodes. The diodes are configured in a SBD array to protect against reverse currents and common-mode ESD transients and protect against voltage transient. It also features low reverse leakage current, fast switching speed, and low forward voltage drop. This device is compliant with the RoHS Directive and lead(Pb)-free standards.
