Good-Ark's SK12 Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMA (DO-214AC) RoHS is a small-signal diode with an SMA package type, designed to provide fast conduction of current. It is made with a Schottky barrier-shaped construction, which eliminates the need for a heavy-conductive metallization layer. This helps to reduce the thermal resistance between the junction and the ambient, enabling the SBD to act as a high-speed rectifier. It also offers a low forward voltage drop and very low reverse leakage current. The SK12 is RoHS compliant and offers high-temperature and surge current capabilities.
