The SGP0230SD with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SOD-323F RoHS is a SOD-323F semiconductor device made by Good-Ark. It is designed for use in devices requiring a reverse voltage of 30V. The SBD consists of two Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) in a single package. The diodes are configured in reverse parallel, which make them ideal for use in protection circuits against load dumps, voltage spikes, and other situations requiring a large current. This device is RoHS compliant, and is made in conformity to ISO 9001:2008 standards. The package is designed to be lead-free and have a solderability of >210°C reflow temperature. The part has a 150mV maximum forward voltage drop at an IF current of 1.0A, a maximum reverse leakage current of 5µA at VRM = 30V, a 1nA maximum reverse current at VRM = 25V, and a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
