The Good-Ark GN3M is a general purpose 1 kilovolt (1kV), 3 amp (3A) 1.15V @ 3A Surface Mounted Package (SMC) Diodes with RoHS compliant manufacture. It has a Dual Outline Plastic (DO-214AB) construction. This is a low cost and efficient diode for use in a wide range of applications. The GN3M has a wide range temperature range from -55°C to +150°C with a high peak reverse voltage of up to 1kV. The diode also has an impressive 3A range up to 1.15V.
