The FR107G is a fast recovery rectifier diode with a maximum voltage rating of 1,000V and a current rating of 1A. It has a low reverse recovery time of 500ns, a forward voltage drop of less than 1.3V @1A, and is compliant with European Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS). It is encapsulated in a DO-41 package and manufactured by Good-Ark.
