It is a highly integrated LCD driver with a wide voltage range of 2.2V-5.5V, it supports full color displays in both analogue intensity mode as well as ABCRGB (18-bit) color space. It also features a Multi-level Bias, Low Power Standby Mode, and VCC Voltage monitoring. Furthermore, the device contains an integrated power supply with Power-On Reset, temperature compensated oscillators, and on chip driver module to reduce BOM cost.
