The Genesys GL823K-HCY04 is a USB ICs ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant USB interface controller housed in a SSOP-16-150mil (Small Outline Surface Mount Package) package. This controller is designed for high-speed USB 2.0 connectivity and supports hot pluggable functions. The GL823K-HCY04 is compatible with USB Mass Storage Specifications, including the UFI and CB commands, and supports all common commands for booting and data transfers. It has an integrated 5V-to-3.3V regulator and an internal voltage regulator to support USB full output voltage fluctuation for better compatibility.
