The GM8023B is a driver IC manufactured by GATEMODE that is housed in a SOT-23-6 RoHS package. This IC is a single-transistor full-bridge driver with a voltage supply range of between 5V and 28V, capable of driving up to 30mA continuous output current with a peak output current of up to 450mA. It features a built-in charge pump for the bootstrap capacitor, allowing for faster transient response times.
