GS8094-TR is a high-speed, WideBandOpAmp TSSOP-14 RoHS package from Gainsil. It is a high-speed matching differential amplifier with high performance. The maximum operating frequency of this device is 400MHz, with rising/falling edges up to 15ns. It offers low supply current of 8.2mA and provides wideband gain flatness over its entire frequency range from DC to 400MHz. This amplifier is robustly designed to operate over a wide common-mode input voltage range of –1.0 to 10V, and is designed with short circuit protection for both input pins. The GS8094-TR is optimized to provide excellent AC performance.
