The GS8045-TR SOT23-5 RoHS is a high speed and wideband opamp manufactured by Gainsil. It is a single supply, high current, low-power amplifier that has been designed to operate in the high speed and wide band applications such as ADC drivers, telecommunications, and Automotive and Sensor networks. The opamps have very low noise and excellent AC performance and power supply rejection ratio (PSR). The GS8045-TR offers a wide operating voltage range from 2.7V up to 20V and a slew rate of 16V/µs at TA=+25°C and Vs=+15V. It also sports low distortion and wide bandwidth of over 500 MHz. The chip is RoHS compliant, can be supplied in 5-pin SOT23 package, and has a wide temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
