The 74HC245QN with QFN-20 Receivers & Transceivers ROHS by Fuman is a quad differential transceiver designed for bidirectional voltage-level translation of digital signals. It is compliant with the JEDEC and SODIMM standards for high-speed digital communication and features four transmitters and four receivers. The signal lines may be operated between 0 ±6V and 80 mA/channel with a maximum transition time of 5 ns. It also features built-in input protection, low power consumption, and thermal shutdown protection. It is available in the QFN-20 package and is RoHS-compliant.
