The FM24C128D-SO-T-G-AX with EEPROM SSOP8 RoHS is a 128 Kbit Serial I2C EEPROM manufactured by Fudan. It is a serial CMOS EEPROM organized 16384 x 8 and is a Microwire compatible device.
