The FD2203S with MOS Drivers SO-8 RoHS is a surface-mountable automotive-grade driver IC manufactured by Fortior. It integrates two high-side drivers and two low-side drivers in a single package. This driver IC is designed to allow high current switching in automotive conditions, including a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to 145 °C.
