The FM120-M with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SOD-123 RoHS is a diode manufactured by Formosa. It is a surface mount package with a small outline and is intended for low forward voltage drop, high speed switching applications. The FM120-M has a minimum forward voltage drop of 0.6V at 100mA, a max forward current of 200mA, and a max reverse voltage of 20V.
