The TP5100 is a Battery Management TQFN-16_4x4x065P RoHS manufactured by Extension Microelectronics. It features a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) and can provide safe operation with low quiescent current in battery-oriented applications such as phones, tablets and portable devices.
