FairchildThe PD70-01C/TR7 is an optoelectronic component made by Everlight Fairchild. It is a dual-channel optocoupler that features a pair of CMOS-compatible photodiodes and a photo-transistor in a 4-pin mini-flat package. The photodiode part of the product is an efficient and reliable receiver component for incoming light signals for data transmission. The photo-transistor part is a low-capacitance transistor with fast switching response, making it ideal for use in pulse-width-modulated systems.
