The IR333-A with Infrared (IR) LEDs Through Hole RoHS manufactured by Everlight is an IR emitting diode with an optical output power exceeding 190mW/sr with an operation voltage of 1.2 to 1.4V and a reverse voltage of 5V. It has a T2 package size of 4.5 × 4.8 × 2.5mm and is composed of an aluminium housing for dissipating heat. Its radiation angle is ±60° at Half Peak Power points. The device is RoHS compliant and meets the requirements for use in a wide range of applications such as in remote control units, set-top boxes, and security and automation systems.
