It consists of GaAlAs infrared light emitting diodes and a phototransistor. It is used to isolate input and output grounds in circuits, providing galvanic isolation without the use of a transformer. The H11L1-V coupler has a wide VCE(SAT) and an open circuit voltage ranging from 2.4V to 6.2V with a maximum current of 200mA and an on-off times max of 1.5µs. Its operating and storage temperature range from -55°C to 110°C. It is also RoHS compliant and UL approved.
