CorporationThe ES8316 is a 32-pin QFN-32 RoHS-compliant audio Codec IC manufactured by Everest Semiconductor Corporation. The ES8316 is a low-power, high-performance audio CODEC with integrated dual-channel DACs and ADCs. The integrated Audio Codec allows for stereo 8-bit/16-bit PCM/A-law data formats, enabling it to interface to various digital audio formats including S/PDIF and MP3. The device supports sampling rates from 8 kHz to 48 kHz and features on-chip microphone bias generation and clean power on pins. It also offers integrated headphone amplifier, headphone-out, line-in and line-out on separate I/O pairs. The ES8316 is suitable for a wide range of consumer audio applications, such as MP3 players, CD players and other digital audio applications.
