The SMAJE5-0A is an ESD suppressor/TVS diode manufactured by Eaton. It is part of the SMAJ series of ESD Suppressors/TVS Diodes, and is rated for 5Vdc at 9.2V clamp voltage and 400W power with unidirectional protection. This device provides surge/spike protection to help protect sensitive electronics from electrical transients caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other sources.
