HST-2 (High Speed Turnaround) is part of DSG Canusa’s complete harnessing solution. This is the second part of a three-step process used for designing, manufacturing, and assembling custom wire harnesses. The HST-2 system uses automation to reduce project lead times and increase the accuracy of harness assemblies. This system uses cutting-edge vision technology, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and robotics to produce customized wire harnesses quickly and efficiently. The system also offers closed-loop quality control, whereby each wire harness assembly is tested for quality and accuracy before it leaves the line. This helps reduce the number of defective harnesses and minimize costly reworks.
