The DT4T10T-CH is a TO-220C TRIAC manufactured by Doeshare with RoHS compliance. It is a three-terminal AC thyristor designed specifically for the control of single-phase and polyphase loads with low power loss and excellent commutation. This TRIAC is switching for resistive loads up to 10A with a maximum average on-state current of 4A. It features a high surge current rating for improved noise immunity, and has an extra wide gate-controlled turn-on range for greater versatility. The TRIAC is constructed with a glass-passivated chip for improved reliability.
