SKL14 is a through-hole, high-power rectifier originally manufactured by Diotec. It is suitable for a range of general purpose and switching power supplies, particularly bridge rectifiers. The SKL14 features an SB5 package with four, encapsulated, high power rectifying diodes. It has a maximum device voltage of 1000V and a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1.27KV. It has a good thermal resistance of 2.5°C/W, a low forward voltage drop of 1.2V, and a high junction temperature of 175°C. The device is also RoHS compliant.
