MCL103B is a Schottky Switching Diode from Diotec Semiconductor. This low forward voltage drop diode has a rated peak reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum forward current of 0.2A. It has a switching frequency range of up to 500 kHz and a low capacitance of 4.8pF. This diode is fabricated with a fast silicon epitaxial planar construction and is suitable for applications such as switches, peak detectors, voltage clamping, and line termination.
