The BAS70 is a surface mount diode manufactured by Diotec. It is a small signal diode designed for reverse voltage protection for small consumer electronics. The device is also used for clamping unwanted voltage spikes and for low voltage protection applications. The BAS70 has low forward voltage drop, low capacitance and high speed switching characteristics, making it ideal for miniaturized ESD, overvoltage and clamping applications.
