Semiconductor The 1.5KE180A is a diode from Diotec Semiconductor. It is a low forward voltage, high speed switching diode with an ultra-fast response time. This diode is designed for high speed applications such as snubber protection. It can also be used to protect from transients from inductive loads. The 1.5KE180A has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 180V and can handle reverse currents up to 200mA. This diode has a low junction capacitance and can operate over a wide temperature range from -65 to +175 degrees Celsius.
