The ZLDO1117QG12TA is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. This compact, automotive grade device offers excellent performance in a very small package. The voltage regulation accuracy is rated at +/-1.0% and the 4-pin SOT-223 package is rated for a maximum current of 1A. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.2V with a voltage drop of only 0.25V at the maximum rated current. The device is designed for operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
