BCP5616TA is part of Diodes Incorporated’s leading family of low-voltage vertical PNP bipolar transistors. This device is designed to switch low-level signals in a wide range of current-limited applications. The device achieves a low leakage current of 5.0 nA and provides a 5V operating voltage and 150 mA maximum continuous collector current. The device provides a fast switching response with a current gain of 4.5 to 15 and features a low VBE of 0.3V. Additionally, BCP5616TA comes with dual protection ESD double layers for device protection and is provided in a SOT-23 package.
