The AP2141MPG-13 is a P-channel logic level enhancement mode power MOSFET produced by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to be used in low voltage applications, such as notebooks, personal computers, and portable devices. This MOSFET has a maximum drain-source voltage of -20V and is rated to handle 1.3A of continuous drain current. It also has low on-resistance of only 6.5mO and is ESD protected. It is available in MiniDFN 3x2mm, DFN3x3x0.75mm, and DFN5x6mm packages.
