The AL5890-15P1-13 is a 15mA LED Linear Driver, manufactured by Diodes Incorporated and is designed for powering LEDs in applications such as general lighting, automotive lighting and smart lighting. It is a precision current sink designed to provide consistent output current with minimal variation over temperature and device-to-device variation. It contains a wide input voltage range, with no minimum voltage requirement, allowing the convenience of power supply flexibility. The AL5890-15P1-13 uses an integrated PowerDI123 package, providing maximum power efficiency so that the LEDs are used to the fullest of their potential. In addition, the integrated overtemperature protection and short-circuit protection provides an added level of protection for your LEDs.
