The 74LVC540AT20-13 is a High-Speed CMOS Logic Octal Buffer/Line Driver with 3-STATE Outputs manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a low voltage CMOS device capable of operating from a single 1.65 to 3.6V power supply. The device features 8 non-inverting outputs that are actively driven on the low side while they are either actively driven on the high side or in a high impedance (3-STATE) state. All inputs are protected with 100KO pull-down resistors to Vss (ground). It is available in standard SOIC, TSSOP and QSOP packages. It features snap-back action on the outputs when the inputs are violated of their noise immunity or exceeding valid range of logic levels. The device also features high speed operation of tpd (propagation delay) max 2.5 ns. The operating temperature range is from -40 °C to +85 °C.
