The CC6920SO-5A with SOP-8 Current Sensors ROHS is a surface mountable semiconductor component manufactured by Cross chip. It is designed to provide current sensing capabilities and is a RoHS compliant component. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C and a Storage Temperature range of -55 to +125°C. This current sensor’s inputs range from ± 1µA to ±5A in magnitude and rely on external components to help configure the currents. It features an integrated temperature sensor for various temperature detection applications. It also has an on-chip voltage regulator and an integrated Hall plate for magnetic field detection. This sensor is suitable for use in motor control, power supply, medical devices and home appliances.
