The KMOC3021S TL with SMD Optocouplers - Phototransistor Output ROHS is a miniature, high speed, high isolation, low power consumption optocoupler from Cosmo Electronics. It is designed for switching applications in telecommunications, industrial, medical, and other digital and analog circuits. The optocoupler consists of an infra-red emitting diode and a phototransistor output, mounted inside a 4 pin SMD package. It is RoHS compliant, has a VCEsat of 30V, a CTR of 300 to 600%, and an insulation resistance of 10 GO at 500Vdc. Its maximum current transfer ratio (CTR) is 345% @ 5mA and its working voltage range is between 5 to 30Vdc. It is suitable for high speed operations between 10-20kHz, and has switching times of less than 10 nsec with a typical common mode noise rejection ratio of greater than 1x105 at 10kHz.
